Interest Rates: Interest rates start from 11% per annum and vary based on credit score, property type, loan amount, and tenure. Final rates are determined after credit assessment.
Processing Fee: A processing fee of 0.5% to 2% of the loan amount is applicable, subject to a minimum of ₹10,000 and maximum of ₹50,000.
Prepayment Charges: Prepayment is allowed after completion of 6 EMIs. Charges may apply as per the loan agreement terms.
Late Payment Charges: Late payment penalty of 2% per month on overdue amount or ₹500, whichever is higher.
Property Valuation Fee: ₹2,000 to ₹5,000 depending on property type and location (non-refundable).
Legal & Technical Charges: Actual charges as applicable for legal opinion and technical evaluation.
Stamp Duty & Registration: As per state government regulations. To be borne by the borrower.
Cheque Bounce Charges: ₹500 per instance or as per bank charges, whichever is higher.
Statement Charges: Physical statement: ₹100 per statement. Email statement: Free of charge.
Documentation Charges: ₹1,000 to ₹3,000 for loan documentation and agreement preparation.
